The lighting and contract signing ceremony of the Longcheng 1560 project was held in Longrui Village, Shaxi Town on the afternoon of October 16.

The Longcheng 1560 project enjoys a good geographical location and convenient transportation access. The project has four 4-storey commercial buildings and one underground garage, with a total construction area of 28,798.5 square meters. It plans to construct a multifunctional commercial business area integrating catering, shopping, entertainment, leisure, fitness, education and more, and it is also a distinctive new landmark, business district, and icon for Longrui Village.

The project is expected to increase the collective income of the village by 8 million yuan each year, and the total collective income of the village is expected to exceed 100 million yuan in 2020.
