The stone laying ceremony for the Zhongshan Rural Commercial Bank Building, one of the key projects in the Shiqi Headquarters Economic Zone in Qijiang New Town, was held on January 21.

The Building covers an area of 11,000 square meters, with a total height of 140 meters and a total of 35 floors (4 floors underground and 31 floors above ground). Upon completion, the total construction area will exceed 110,000 square meters.

The project is expected to reach completion in 2024. It will serve as a comprehensive financial and commercial office building, which provides high-quality financial support for the economic and social development of Qijiang New Town and even Zhongshan.
