In order to expand the service enterprise team in Zhongshan and cultivate a group of robust, competitive service enterprises with growth potential, the Zhongshan Development and Reform Bureau drafted the "Implementation Ideas on Growing Zhongshan Small and Micro Service Enterprises above Designated Size (Rough Draft)".

The draft clarified the criteria for enterprises to be included in the "Wholesale and Retail Enterprises Database, Food and Accommodation Enterprises Above Designated Size Database, and Service Enterprises Above Designated Size Database".

Zhongshan will provide more support for service enterprises above designated size, including incentives for inclusion and promotion, and more support in filing taxes, financing, land use, children's schooling and public services.

Starting from 2021, a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan will be given to enterprises that are included in the databases for the first time (excluding those included in 2020 and January, 2021).

According to the draft, Zhongshan will strive to have over 1,000 more service enterprises above designated size by 2023.
