To promote high-quality industrial development and serve the brand innovation of enterprises, the Zhongshan Administration for Market Regulation plans to build 6 trademark guidance stations this year, and strives to build 24 of these stations by 2022.

As Zhongshan's first of its kind, Zhongshan Guzhen Town Trademark Guidance Station was unveiled in Zhongshan (Lighting) Intellectual Property Rights Protection Center at the end of last year.

At present, Zhongshan boasts approximately 196,000 valid trademarks and 335 valid Madrid trademarks, both ranking 6th in Guangdong Province.

In recent years, Zhongshan has carried out a series of actions focusing on brand building. So far, Zhongshan's trademark registration service windows have accepted more than 2,500 transactions, providing more convenient and efficient trademark handling services for people from Zhongshan, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Malaysia, and other places.
