The 2021 China Rosewood Furniture Expo (Zhongshan) and Dachong Rosewood Spring Trade Fair ended on March 21. Despite of the impact of the epidemic, over 200 well-known rosewood enterprises displayed their new products at the fair, and a rosewood furniture exhibition hall of over 1 million square meters was built combining exhibitions with various shops.

Over 80,000 merchants and tourists were attracted to the event, including more than 10,000 professional buyers. The total value of preliminary purchases and sales contracts and on-site sales exceeded 1.8 billion yuan.

Leading rosewood furniture manufacturers including Hongguxuan, Dosen and DTT saw a 20% growth in turnover after the fair. Meanwhile, the event also boosted the turnover of the surrounding service industry. The occupancy rate and turnover of high-quality hotels in Dachong Town doubled compared with before the fair, and the overall turnover of the food industry increased by over 30%.
