The headquarters project of Guangdong Licheng Detection Technology Co Ltd, located at No.24 Dongzhen East 2nd Road, Torch Development Zone is under fast construction.

"The main building will be completed by the end of August this year, and then we will start redecorating the electromechanical, fire-proofing, and indoor facilities," said Chen Kanli, assistant general manager of the company.

The foundation laying ceremony for Licheng Headquarters, the first "rapid groundbreaking" project in Zhongshan, was held on August 13 last year. Thanks to the joint efforts of Zhongshan and Torch Development Zone, instead of the typical 182 day process, it only took 145 minutes for Licheng Headquarters to go through the whole land deed handling process to the issuance of the construction permit.

Licheng Headquarters covers an area of 1 hectare, with a total investment of about 200 million yuan. "We will spare no effort to build a convenient inspection and testing service provider for the whole 'Testing + Consultation + R&D + Governance' industrial chain, and strive to go public by 2023, and become a comprehensive testing service platform with an annual output value of over 500 million by 2025," Chen said.

Established in Torch Development Zone and headquartered at the National Health Technology Park in 2016, Licheng is the first one-stop technical service agency for third-party food testing, cosmetic analysis and occupational hygiene inspection and evaluation in Zhongshan.
