The auction results of the 3 land parcels in Tsuihang New District, Zhongshan were announced on June 23.

Hefei Vanke Ruixiang Property Co Ltd and Shenye Tairan Land Investment Development (Shenzhen) Co Ltd will jointly develop the passenger port area of Tsuihang New District in one of the land parcels.

The Tsuihang New District passenger port area is an important hub connecting the east and west banks of the Pearl River and other GBA cities. It will be constructed into a large commercial complex with such commercial and residentia functions as passenger port, exhibition, cultural tourism, commerce, hotel and residential community through comprehensive development. The total investment of the project is expected to exceed 27 billion yuan.

In addition, international entertainment giant Melco International Development Limited and Agile Group, a listed company on the main board of Hong Kong, will work together to build a sustainable tourist destination in Tsuihang New District. Zhongshan Deutschwise Investment Co Ltd will join hands with Siemens to build a Sino-German Internet innovation incubation center.
