The groundbreaking ceremony was held for the 5G intelligent testing plant project of Enaiter Electric Appliance on the afternoon of November 3. This is the first "rapid groundbreaking" project in Dongfeng Town, where the entire process from the land auction to issuing a construction permit took only 53 minutes.

The project plans to construct about 23,000 square meters of standard factories, smart warehouses and other buildings. Upon its completion, Enaiter will develop the project as its primary center of operations.

The project covers a total area of 10 mu (about 0.67 hectares) with a planned fixed-asset investment of 65 million yuan. After reaching the production capacity, its annual output value is estimated to be 1.66 billion yuan with an annual local tax revenue of 10 million yuan.

Established in Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan in 2002, Enaiter is a high-tech private enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of kitchen appliances.
