The Shenzhen Fuheng New Energy Automobile Lightweight Novel Materials R&D and Production Base project is located in the Zhongshan Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Industrial Park in Banfu Town. The whole process, from receiving the certificate of land use to obtaining the real estate ownership certificate, construction planning permit and construction permit and to starting the construction, took only 35 minutes, which set a new record for the implementation speed of construction for a key project in Zhongshan.

Previously, last year, South Korea LT METAL Co Ltd in Banfu Town set a new record in Zhongshan when it took only 13 days from the acquisition of the land use rights certificate to the construction. In this June, the Shenzhen ETmade project took only 6 days from acquisition to permits, a new record again.

The Fuheng project cost a total investment of 400 million yuan, with an occupied area of 2.8 hectares and a construction area of about 70,000 square meters. It is estimated to have an annual output value of 508 million yuan and generate 25.5 million yuan of tax revenue per year. Shenzhen Fuheng New Materials Co Ltd, the investor of this project, is an innovative enterprise listed on China's New Third Board stock market and specializes in the R&D and production of lightweight polymer materials for new energy vehicles.

So far, the Zhongshan Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Industrial Park has signed 28 projects, which have a total investment of 11.75 billion yuan, an estimated output value of 20.46 billion yuan, and an estimated annual tax revenue of 1.09 billion yuan.
