The "Zhongshan Project Approval and Collaborative Management Platform" was launched at Banfu Public Service Center on November 23, making Banfu the first in Zhongshan to pilot the use of this management platform.

The platform covers all key aspects of the launching of investment projects, from project admittance, land use approval, land bidding and auction and construction approval to performance supervision, implementing unified management of the whole project approval period with one network.

Starting this November, Banfu Town and Torch Development Zone have reduced investment project approval time, from land acquisition to construction kick-off, to just tens of minutes, which can be attributed to the early use of this platform.
