It took only 29 minutes from obtaining the land certificate to getting the real estate ownership certificate, planning permit and building permit. The Mingcai Smart Display Manufacturing Base project, which is located in Zhongshan Tanzhou Industrial Park, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, started construction immediately on the morning of December 22. This is the first "rapid groundbreaking" project in Tanzhou.

Mingcai Smart Display Manufacturing Base is funded by Shenzhen Mingcai New Century Technology Co Ltd. Covering an area of 58 mu (about 3.87 hectares), it is purposed for the construction of a 5G smart 8K display production headquarters base. The project will mainly produce high-end e-sports equipment, intelligent interactive devices, intelligent medical displays, smart advertisement players, and smart LCD TVs, LCD TV backlight semiconductors, and LED lamp beads. A total of 12 production lines will be built to produce 8 million sets of devices a year.

The project will be constructed in two phases and is expected to be put into operation in 18 months. After reaching full production capacity, its annual output value will reach about 1.5 billion yuan and tax revenue about 50 million yuan, and it will create over 1,000 new jobs.
