Tsuihang New District held the 2022 Commendation Conference for Enterprises on May 30. In the first quarter of this year, Tsuihang New District's GDP was 4.23 billion yuan, an increase of 11.2% year-on-year, making it the only town (district) in Zhongshan which saw double-digit growth. A total of 40 enterprises were commended at the conference.

At present, there are 351 quality enterprises in Tsuihang New District. In recent years, many projects with an investment of over 1 billion yuan, such as the Culture & Tourism Eco-city and the dock area complex, have settled here. At present, 184 investment projects have been filed in Tsuihang New District, including 23 projects with an investment of more than 1 billion yuan.

Tsuihang New District has been improving its traffic network, education and healthcare resources, cultural and entertainment facilities, and etc. So far, all main roads within the district are open to traffic, major transportation facilities such as the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge and Eastern Outer Ring Highway are under accelerated construction. In addition, educational resources including Sun Yat-sen Memorial Primary School and Xiwan Foreign Language School are getting enriched, and the lanning for such major cultural facilities as Cuiwan Culture and Art Center and the new sports center is in progress.
