The demolition for the fourth batch of inefficient industrial park renovation projects in Fusha Town started on June 21.

The demolition includes 4 inefficient industrial park plots covering 83 mu of usable industrial land, which will be used for the construction of Ouhua Cosmetics Industrial Park, Baihe Hardware Intelligent Manufacturing Base, GBA Smart Home Industrial Park, and Zhengmin Group Science and Technology Park.

With an investment of 220 million yuan, Ouhua Cosmetics Industrial Park will build 74,000 square meters of modern factory buildings to serve the intelligent home appliance and daily use chemical industries and their upstream and downstream industries.

Meanwhile, 65 million yuan will be invested to build 26,000 square meters of modern factory buildings in Baihe Hardware Intelligent Manufacturing Base. It targets the intelligent home appliances and precision molding industries, with an estimated added output value of over 200 million yuan.
