Days before, Tanzhou Town held a meeting on promoting industrial park renovation and announced five new industrial park renovation projects,  which involve a total land area of 113.5 hectares and the demolition of over 33 hectares would be finished by the end of June.

One of the land parcels to be reconstructed is for the Cultural and Creative Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Qunlian Village, with a total land area of 87,333.3 square meters. Currently, it contains 12 buildings used for industrial purposes.

According to the planning, Tanzhou will reorganize 66.6 hectares of land parcels this year, all of which will be used for the building of industrial clusters focusing on high-end intelligent manufacturing and information technology innovation and application.
