On July 20, the commencement ceremony for the fourth "rapid groundbreaking" project in Fusha Town this year was held at the construction site of the Prefabricated Building Industrial Base project of Guangdong-Anhui Construction Material Co Ltd on Tong'an Street. It took no more than 20 minutes to go through the whole process from land auction to the issuance of the Real Estate Ownership Certificate, Construction Planning Permit, and Construction Permit.

The base covers an area of 49.04 mu, with a total investment of 342 million yuan. After completion, its annual output value will be over 668 million yuan and its annual tax revenue will exceed 35.31 million yuan. The project will create about 360 new jobs for the production of prefabricated components and parts.
