Mingfeng Meiju Decoration Project, the first "rapid groundbreaking" project in Shenwan Town, started construction on July 20, the same day it acquired land, setting a new project approval time record in Shenwan Town.

The project covers an area of 17.3 mu and plans to build a 23,316.8-square-meter intelligent production equipment workshop, a 2,998.15-square-meter design and R&D workshop, a 1,999.35-square-meter employee living area, and a 1,002.5-square-meter parking garage. In addition, a fully intelligent production line worth 20 million yuan will be constructed.

The project focuses on  intelligent manufacturing and household decoration businesses, and an industrial tourism experience and exhibition area and meiju decoration experience hall will be built. It is a combination of product design, display, sales and production functions. After completion, its estimated annual output value will be no less than 220 million yuan, with an annual tax contribution reaching 11 million yuan.
