Torch Development Zone and China Tiegong Investment & Construction Group Co Ltd (China Tiegong) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the afternoon of September 15.

According to the agreement, TDZ and China Tiegong will carry out in-depth cooperation in terms of urban planning and construction, project investment and operation, regional upgrading and reconstruction, and enterprise settlement.

Chen Wenfeng, deputy secretary of the CPC Zhongshan Municipal Committee and secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Torch Development Zone, expected that the two sides could jointly establish and improve cooperation mechanisms, pool their resources and advantages, promote urban renewal, and provide strong power to the high-quality economic development of TDZ and Zhongshan.
