The groundbreaking ceremony of Huasuan-Saint Martin Intelligent Park was held in Tanzhou Third Industrial Zone on the morning of November 7. The project is another successful case of enterprise self-renovation of industrial park in Tanzhou following the Lilong project.

With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, a land area of about 165 mu and a building area of about 330,000 square meters, the Huasuan-Saint Martin park is jointly developed by Huasuan Group and Zhongshan Saint Martin company. It aims to build a compound industrial space integrating production, R&D, office space and product display in Tanzhou Third Industrial Zone.

Powered by the big data system and digital management platform, the park will create an high-efficiency, coordinated, digital ecology of operation and realize smart security, smart power consumption, online maintenance and online payment.

The investment promotion was launched for the park on the same day.
