On the afternoon of December 17, old factory buildings were being demolished for the construction of phase 2 of Jialong Science Park located in Haizhou Village, Guzhen Town. Right next to them, 10 new high-standard factory buildings are emerging in the phase 1 of the park, of which 6 have been topped out.

In the first 11 months of this year, Guzhen has reorganized 505 mu of land for industrial park renovation, overfulfilling the annual task. Besides, Guzhen has completed 140,000 square meters of new high-standard factory buildings and attracted a number of quality enterprises to settle it.

More than 500 entrepreneurs were invited to attend the economic mobilization meeting for 2023 held in Guzhen on the same day. Heads of 5 villages involved in industrial park renovation took the stage to introduce the preferential policies and investment projects during the roadshow session, and nearly 50,000 people watched the meeting online.
