"East District provides enterprises with generous and practical preferential policies, greatly relieving our pressure of operation," said Zhu Wei, deputy president of the China Construction Bank Zhongshan Branch on December 19, adding that East District has attracted many outstanding enterprises to move in with rent subsidies and support policies, becoming a pilot modern service industry cluster in Guangdong Province.

This year, East District has made great efforts to boost the development of enterprises by improving the supply system and rolling out the "30 industrial support policies" to promote the implementation of last year's policy of "investing 60 million yuan within three years to support industrial development". By December 19, a total amount of more than 15 million yuan as rewards and subsidies had been issued to 208 enterprises.

Besides, East District has accelerated efforts to launch the headquarters enterprise development program and rolled out relevant policies. So far, East District has 30 headquarters enterprises, and more than 4.38 million yuan in rewards have been issued to 13 headquarters enterprises.
