The Zhongshan municipal government and Guangdong Technology Financial Group reached a strategic cooperation framework agreement on March 20. Under the agreement, the two sides will establish a venture investment consortium to boost the high-quality economic development of Zhongshan with group services, multi-angle empowerment and systematic support.
