The unveiling ceremonies of Lingnan Eco & Culture-Tourism Co Ltd and the ByteDance Volcengine Cross-border E-commerce Live-streaming Industrial Park were held at Zhongshan Torch Development Zone on March 30.

Founded in 1998, Lingnan is a leading enterprise in the ecological environment industry and went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2014. The company relocated its headquarters to Zhongshan in 2023. Focusing on such areas as planning and design, water conservation and water environment, municipal engineering and landscaping, Lingnan provides its clients with one-stop services covering investment, planning, construction and operation.

In February 2023, the administrative committee of Torch Development Zone struck a deal with ByteDance Volcengine to build the ByteDance Volcengine Cross-border E-commerce Live-streaming Industrial Park, which mainly includes a ByteDance Brand Pavilion and the first phase of an industrial park. The brand pavilion consists of two super-large flagship live-streaming rooms, as well as more than 10 live-streaming incubation studios for start-ups. Comprising 30 flagship live-streaming houses as well as 100 live-streaming incubation studios for start-ups, the first phase of the industrial park is expected to bring in more than 50 local leading suppliers and boost the marketing and sales of local products.
