The Zhongshan POSM Fixture and Exhibit Industry Association was founded on April 3 and held a conference on high-quality development of in Gangkou Town.

As one of the earliest areas to develop the exhibition and display industry in China, Zhongshan now boasts nearly 2,000 exhibition and display enterprises and supporting enterprises, as well as more than 400 product manufacturers and service providers related to the industry, with an approximate output value of 10 billion yuan.

Gangkou has developed a complete industrial chain integrating R&D, production and services for the exhibition and display industry, which serves numerous Fortune Global 500 enterprises including P&G, China Resources and Huawei, and sells products to Europe, America and Southeast Asia. Exhibition and display has become one of Gangkou's eight major industrial clusters.

Li Weixiong, chairman of Rising Group, said the association will radiate across the country. It will offer 1,000 square meters of space for free for member enterprises to hold promotion roadshows.
