Hai Ya Mega City, part of the Zhongshan Hai Ya Mega Mall in Nantou Town and the largest commercial complex under construction in Zhongshan, was topped out on July 10 and is scheduled to open by next year's Spring Festival. 

With a floor area of 1.28 million square meters, Zhongshan Hai Ya Mega Mall features high-end residential buildings, luxury apartments, a mega shopping mall and a five-star hotel.

Hai Ya Mega City has a floor area of 600,000 square meters. It is a modern business landmark integrating culture, commerce, tourism, entertainment, consumption and other elements. The complex includes a cinema, a cultural center, a roof-top theme park, a Lan Kwai Fong business street, as well as flagship stores of renowned brands.

The project will become a shining business pearl in northern Zhongshan and a new business symbol within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
