Good news came on September 5 for two local enterprises in Zhongshan's Torch Development Zone.

Zhongshan Deyouxin Intelligent Equipment Co finished the auction of a 48-mu land parcel for its new factory. Only four minutes later, the company obtained the land planning permit and real estate ownership certificate.

Deyouxin specializes in the research, development and manufacturing of intelligent warehouse equipment, new energy lithium battery production line equipment, intelligent shuttle transfer robots, stacking robots and others.

Another local company, Zhongshan Powtek Electric Appliance Co, decides to purchase land in Torch Development Zone for production expansion. 

Powtek focuses on the research and development, production and sales of gas-fired hot water and heating products. It has established long-term strategic partnerships with multiple leading global and domestic brands, and its products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide.

The two projects with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan are expected to generate a total output value of exceeding 2 billion yuan and a total tax amount of over 100 million yuan.

Since the beginning of this year, Torch Development Zone has seen 8 investment and production expansion projects under negotiation, with a total investment of 7.4 billion yuan. These projects can bring in an additional production value of 12.6 billion yuan and additional tax contributions of 740 million yuan per year at their full capacity.
