The Dongdi flexible circuit manufacturing base project was announced to start construction on September 13 in the Zhongshan Smart Home Appliances Industrial Park (Dacen Area) located on the Chengye Avenue North.

The project is invested and constructed by Dongdi Circuit, a company based in Shenzhen, with a total investment of over 300 million yuan. Covering a land area of 30 mu, the project will include high-standard production plants, an R&D center, warehouses, office buildings and other supporting facilities. After a construction period of 12 months, it will be put into operation, generating an annual output value of over 400 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 12 million yuan.

Headquartered in Bao'an district, Shenzhen city, Dongdi Circuit was established in November 2010. It is a high-tech, specialized, sophisticated enterprise that mainly produces flexible printed circuits. It is engaged to the research and development, design and production of high-precision single-sided, double-sided, and multi-layer FPCs.

This is the eighth industrial park renovation project that started construction in Huangpu Town since May. It marked the completion of the first round of investment invitation of the Dacen Area.

Up to now, Dacen Area has signed twelve 100-million-yuan projects, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan and an estimated annual output value of 4 billion yuan.
