Demashi, a smart kitchen equipment manufacturer in Guangdong, started the construction for its production base in the Zhongshan Intelligent Home Appliances Industrial Park (Dacen) on October 14.

The project covers an area of 28 mu, with a total investment of 174 million yuan. It will be built into Demashi's corporate headquarters, with centers for research and development, manufacturing, logistics and sales. At full capacity, it is expected to generate an annual output value of exceeding 150 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 16.8 million yuan.

Demashi was established in Foshan City in 2016. It focuses on the research and development, production and sales of commercial kitchen equipment and offers total solutions for commercial kitchen projects, producing and selling over 1,500 types of kitchen products. By the end of December last year, Demashi had delivered more than 10,000 integrated kitchen sets to its clients.

Up to now, the Dacen area has introduced 15 capital increase and production expansion projects, with a total investment of over 3 billion yuan. At full capacity, these projects can generate a total output value of 6 billion yuan per year.
