The Zhongheng Technology Park project, located in Yagang Village, Sanxiang Town, has completed the approval process for the renovation.

As an independent renovation project of an enterprise, the Zhongheng Technology Park will be built into an internet incubation base and a high-end industrial park of the beauty and makeup industry. After renovation, the park's annual output value will reach 219.27 million yuan, about 6 million yuan per mu of land, and its annual tax revenue will reach 9.1366 million yuan, about 250,000 yuan per mu of land.

The park will introduce four or five core companies, which will attract more upstream and downstream enterprises of the industry.

With a planned investment of 250 million yuan, the park with a high-standard 8-storey factory building will be finished by December 30, 2026.
