The Hongxin industrial park renovation project in Wuguishan District was launched on November 28, along with the inauguration of the investment promotion center.

Covering an area of about 28.87 mu, the project is positioning itself as the Zhongshan Health Industrial Park, or the Zhongshan Health Innovation Valley. With a total investment of 210 million yuan, the project will be constructed into a headquarters cluster for the health industry and an incubation base for new business forms in the coming 3 to 5 years. After the renovation, its annual output value is expected to reach 300 million yuan, and annual tax revenue over 8.6 million yuan.

A ceremony was held for the signings of the preparation projects of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan-Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base and the Supply Chain Management Public Service Platform of Hongxin Center, as well as of the first enterprises to move in.

The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024. More than 10 enterprises have agreed to move in, covering such areas as medical device manufacturing, supply chain management, modern logistics and modern finance.
