The Lens Times Center, situated in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan cooperation zone in Minzhong Sub-district, Torch Development Zone, was recently topped out.

The Lens Times Center is a production expansion project funded by Lens, a household product manufacturer in Zhongshan, in the National Health Technology Park in TDZ. The construction started on March 30 last year.

The center will include a smart manufacturing park and the Siemens digital center, aiming to become a digital intelligent manufacturing industrial base for office use, digital production, immersive experience and other functions.

The project occupies an area of approximately 80 mu, with a building area of around 190,000 square meters. It comprises an R&D center and a high-standard industrial plant.

Since settling in TDZ in 2006, Lens has gradually developed into a leading brand in China's shower room industry.

It is reported that since its establishment, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan cooperation zone has attracted a number of renowned enterprises from Shenzhen, including BYD, RICHINFO and Chengyi FPD, as well as local enterprises in Zhongshan, such as EMC and Lens, to settle down or launch production expansion projects.
