The first major building of the Zhongwu Guangshen Innovation Industrial Park, a key municipal project located in Gangkou Town, was topped out on April 27.

The remaining four buildings will be topped out in early June to ensure that the project can be completed and delivered by late October.

The Zhongwu Guangshen Innovation Industrial Park covers an area of 97 mu, with a planned construction and renovation area of 216,300 square meters and a total investment of about 670 million yuan. The construction will be implemented in two phases, and the phase 1 project, with a building area of 90,000 square meters, is expected to achieve an annual output value of 800 million yuan, six times that before renovation.

It will be developed into a smart innovation industrial park focused on electronic information manufacturing, high-end equipment manufacturing and medical device manufacturing.
