Electrical lighting manufacturer Yishengyuan saw a busy production scene at its workshop on May 17, in spite of its newly leased 15,000-square-meter manufacturing headquarters was still under decoration.

A total of 43 enterprises in Guzhen Town's Caoyi Village, just like Yishengyuan, are busy moving into their new sites and installing equipment while carrying out production. They are all beneficiaries of the village's industrial park renovation project, the Tianhong Smart Industrial Park. By increasing investment and expanding production, these enterprises have settled in the new park to seek further development.

Tianhong Smart Industrial Park targets lighting fixture manufacturing, with a projected annual output of 3 million pieces. The park covers a land area of 160 mu, with a total construction area of 385,000 square meters. Phase one that has been completed and has been attracting investment has 9 standard factories, with a construction area of about 192,000 square meters.

The 43 enterprises include seven above-scale enterprises, such as Lemesh IOT. In early 2024, these enterprises started their relocation to the park right after phase one was put into use, and most of them have already started production.
