A project signing and groundbreaking ceremony was held in Qijiang New Town on May 21, marking that top-tier international retail store Sam's Club settles in Zhongshan.

Sam's Club Zhongshan is situated in the Zhongshan North Station area in Qijiang New Town, Shiqi Sub-district.

With a building area of 57,000 square meters, the project is scheduled to start construction next month and open in September 2025. Upon completion, it will be the 10th Sam's Club within the Greater Bay Area.

Sam's Club Zhongshan will have a 18,000-square-meter shopping place and 1,100 parking spots.

Sam's Club is a high-end membership store owned by Wal-Mart, a Fortune Global 500 company, with over 800 outlets worldwide.
