The "Cuicheng 1" project, also called Cuiheng International Smart Manufacturing Enterprise Valley was topped out on June 27.

The Valley mainly focuses on the intelligent manufacturing industry and builds a platform for sci-tech innovation and a model base for the intelligent manufacturing. Its annual output value is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan and annual tax revenue to exceed 50 million yuan.

The "Cuicheng 1" project is scheduled to reach completion in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The Cuiheng Urban Renewal company has planned 5 city-industry industrial parks, Cuicheng 1 to Cuicheng 5, covering a total land area of over 500 mu, with a planned construction area exceeding one million square meters.

Among them, the "Cuicheng 3" Low-altitude Economy Industrial Park focuses on enterprises and projects related to next-gen information technology, intelligent terminals, equipment manufacturing, robotics, low-altitude economy and other industries. The "Cuicheng 5" park is built for a high-end manufacturing industrial cluster combining resources from Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Zhuhai.
