The 2024 Zhongshan Industry Land Supply Atlas was released on July 30 at the 2024 Zhongshan Global Investment Promotion Conference. It offers information on the 20,000-mu of industry land for sale in Zhongshan by the end of this year for businessmen from all over the world especially those in the Greater Bay Area.

The handbook includes information of industry land in 14 towns (sub-districts), such as Cuiheng New District, Torch Development Zone (including Minzhong Sub-district), Gangkou Town, South District, Tanzhou Town, Sanxiang Town and Banfu Town, with labels on each town's (sub-district's) investment orientation on the index pages.

On the detail pages, there are overall introduction to the location and industrial planning and layout of each town (sub-district), as well as function, size, location, upper limit of plot ratio, floor area and other information about each piece of land.
