The 2024 Zhongshan Culture and Tourism Industry and Rural Hotel (Homestay) Investment Promotion Conference took place at Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort on August 3, with representatives of more than 100 large tourism businesses, new types of tourism companies and tourism investment and operation companies across the country attending.

Eighteen culture and tourism projects, worth one billion yuan in total, were signed at the conference, covering such areas as cultural industrial parks, rural hotels (homestays), special catering, and agriculture-culture-tourism integration. Eight experienced professionals were appointed as investment consultants of the culture and tourism industry of Zhongshan.

"We are planning to build a museum themed on Chinese tunic suit, with functions such as culture display, interactive experience, research and cultural creativity," said a staff member of Guangdong Xiangfu Cultural Industry Co Ltd, looking forward to the newly signed Chinese Tunic Suit Museum project.

Experienced professionals, experts and renowned entrepreneurs from the culture and tourism sector were invited to the exchange session at the conference.

Cuiheng New District, South District, Wuguishan, Sanxiang and Shenwan introduced their culture and tourism resources. Over 50 high-quality culture and tourism projects were released to invite a total investment exceeding 10 billion yuan.
