Cuiheng New District (Nanlang Sub-district) will hold a conference to invite investment for key land parcels for commercial and residential use and culture and tourism projects on August 8.

The land parcels are mainly divided into five categories, including such projects as Cuihu New Town and Langcheng Complex.

Cuihu New Town is situated in the northeast of Ma'an Island, only 10 minutes' drive from the landing point of the ShenZhong Link.

Cuihu New Town is surrounded by a number of high-quality sci-tech innovation platforms and enterprises, such as the Zhongshan Life Science Park, Zhongshan Software Park, Akesobio Science Park, Zhongshan Institute for Drug Discovery, Longsys, Fullcryo and CGN. In the future, a cultural and sports center, high-end education and medical facilities, headquarters of central enterprises and Taiwan enterprises, and a technology innovation center will be built inside the Town.

Langcheng Complex, who made debut this time, is located in Nanlang Sub-district, with convenient transportation. It is close to Cuiheng Expressway and other arterial roads, as well as to the railway Nanlang Station and other transport hubs, and is only 30 minutes' drive from the ShenZhong Link.

Also inviting investment include a land parcel for residential use, a land parcel for commercial use, and a culture and tourism project.

The parcel for residential use is located on Ma'an Island, with easy access to Xiangshan Avenue, Weilai Avenue, Cuihang Expressway and other arterial roads. It takes 10 minutes to reach the ShenZhong Link and the soon-to-open passenger port.
