The Lianmeida New Town Cloud Valley industrial park, an industrial park renovation project in Zhongshan's Nantou Town, has been topped out and is expected to put into use in November.

It is the first in the town to construct a super-wide truck ramp on each floor to improve productivity and transportation efficiency for enterprises inside and enhance its competitiveness.

Besides, the park has canteens, shops, entertainment facilities and others, with approximately 400 parking spots.

The Lianmeida New Town Cloud Valley industrial park covers a land area of 60 mu, with a total construction area of 143,000 square meters. It is estimated to achieve an annual output value of 400 million yuan.

The park focuses mainly on the smart home appliances and supporting industries, and also tries to introduce enterprises in the warehousing, logistics, small home appliances, hardware, injection molding, e-commerce live streaming and other sectors. The park has completed 40% of its investment promotion scheme, and another 10 enterprises have showed intention to settle in.
