Zhongshan-based company Xuele Kitchen Appliance's intelligent manufacturing industrial park was put into operation at the Zhongshan Intelligent Home Appliance Industrial Park (Dacen Area) on August 24.

The construction of the park is an epitome of industrial park renovation on the "home appliance island" in the Dacen Area.

At the 1,061-mu Phase I of the Zhongshan Intelligent Home Appliance Industrial Park (Dacen Area), industrial parks of Xuele, Hause, Weijin and other companies have gone into operation successively, bringing great vitality to the manufacturing industry.

Currently, Phase I has attracted sixteen 100-million-yuan-level projects, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. The park's annual output value has increased from 1.19 billion yuan to 6.06 billion yuan, and its annual tax revenue from 35.4 million yuan to 250 million yuan. Phase 2 will also commence construction this year.

Huangpu Town, where the Dacen Area locates, has leveraged 4.527 billion yuan from industrial park renovation projects, accounting for 39.82% of its total investment in industrial projects and boosting the industrial upgrading and economic development.

Intelligent home appliance is one of Huangpu's dominant industries. The town has established a special service center to encourage enterprises to advance industrial park renovation together with digitization and intelligentization. In the first months this year, Huangpu saw an 83.7% year-on-year growth in technical reform investment, with 51 enterprises completing digital and intelligent transformation.
