Construction of the 418-million-yuan precision medical equipment industrial base started on September 13. Upon completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 850 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 42 million yuan.

The project is located in Torch High-tech Zone, adjacent to the Liyu Industrial Park and the Smart Health Town.

Targeting the massive health industry, the project will mainly introduce institutions and enterprises in medical equipment, specially-prepared food, cosmetics and related areas, as well as in drug research and development, medicine logistics, inspection and testing, medical services, health big data and etc. It will develop into a comprehensive health technology park for enterprise headquarters, research and development and manufacturing.
