The Fushan project, the first joint industrial park renovation project of Shenzhen and Zhongshan enterprises in Sanjiao Town, was topped out on October 12.

The project covers a land area of 1.89 hectares. As the main body of the construction, Fushan Precision Electroplating (Zhongzhan) Co Ltd plans to invest 300 million yuan in construction buildings with a total floor area of 67,000 square meters.

After renovation, an production-research base for basic electronic parts and components will be built as a demonstration zone of the green cycle industry, with an estimated annual output value of 380 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 15 million yuan.
