Since the opening of the ShenZhong Link, the Future Technology Center of the Bay Area has become one of the most popular industrial parks on Zhongshan's Ma'an Island. Co-built by Shenzhen Science & Industry Park Group, a subsidiary of Shum Yip Group, and Cuiheng Group, the Future Technology Center is about to open.

With a plan to attract at least 200 enterprises, the Future Technology Center establishes an academician workstation, a university-corporate cooperation training center, an industrial incubator, an business accelerator, a project roadshow center, and an equity investment center. Additionally, it has areas for living, recreation and catering.

So far, the Future Technology Center has reserved a batch of sci-tech innovation projects from such GBA cities as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan and Foshan, covering new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, biomedicine, modern service, and other fields.
