Zhongshan's Cuiheng Group held the project signing ceremony for the fourth quarter this year on November 21.

The 10 projects signed will settle in the Zhongshan Life Science Park, a key industrial hub operated by Cuiheng Group, covering cell therapy, organoids, inhalations, supply chain management, health care and fitness regimen, and life supporting fields. These projects involve a total covered area of 20,000 square meters and a total investment of 400 million yuan.

"After the opening of the ShenZhong Link, the commuting time between the Shenzhen headquarters and the subsidiary on Zhongshan's Ma'an Island has been reduced to about 30 minutes," said Meng Jixiang, head of Guangdong Ruixiang, a supply chain management company founded by a Shenzhen enterprise. "The Shenzhen-Zhongshan integrated industrial circle and Zhongshan's high-quality supporting resources provide us with new layout options for future development. In particular, Ma'an Island is adjacent to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, which enables convenient connection to international shipping resources."

So far, Zhongshan Life Science Park has signed over 30 projects, and it has become one of the most popular investment destinations in Cuiheng New District. More industrial spaces, such as the second phase of Zhongshan Life Science Park, are under construction or planning.
