Construction started on the Xindi Village intelligent home appliance production base in Huangpu Town on January 9. It is expected to achieve an output value of 250 million yuan per year after reaching its design capacity in August 2025.

Co-established by the Xindi cooperative and Changda electrical appliance company, the production base with industrial plants plans to introduce enterprises in such industries as next-generation information technology, intelligent home appliances, smart home and advanced equipment manufacturing.

With three additional artificial, intelligent range hood production lines invested by Changda, the base will increase its production efficiency by 20% and provide 100-130 jobs for the local area.
