July 18 marked the groundbreaking of Mingrili Industrial Park, Gangkou Town's first innovation-oriented industrial complex.

Spanning approximately 25,300 sqm with over 100,000 sqm of floor area, the two-phase project targets completion in 2027. Tenant recruitment has already commenced alongside construction, with Phase 1 slated to top out by year-end. 

Beyond headquarters offices and advanced manufacturing, the park integrates community commerce innovations to create a multi-functional business ecosystem, complemented by 700 parking spots serving workers, residents and visitors.

Over 10 enterprises spanning cultural sectors, finance and community services have expressed interest, with several already securing leases.
