Henglan Town unveiled its 2025 key projects with a groundbreaking ceremony held at the Xitie New Town Development Building on July 26.

Nine projects, totaling nearly 700 million yuan in investment, kicked off construction across such important domains as industrial upgrading, public welfare, disaster resilience and infrastructure.

Among the new projects, the Xitie New Town Development Building Tower A and surrounding facilities will function as an intelligent industry service platform. Estimated to yield 140 million yuan in returns, it aims to create a conducive environment for overseas Chinese entrepreneurs and enterprises to establish their ventures.

Specializing in smart home lighting manufacturing, the industrial park renovation project by enterprise management company Jinyuan is expected to achieve an output value of 6 million yuan per mu (about 667 square meters) upon completion.

Another 19 projects representing a total investment exceeding 800 million yuan are set to begin construction in August.
