Operated by Cuiheng Group, Cuicheng No.1 (Cuiheng Smart Manufacturing International Enterprise Valley) recently signed contracts with three quality enterprises, who will lease 4,600 square meters of space in total.

Notably, Manyoutong Digital Technology became the first Shenzhen-based tenant in late July, leasing 1,500 square meters.

Specializing in electronics, accessories and compact furniture sales across global e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay and AliExpress, the firm will invest 30 million yuan in R&D and cross-border e-commerce operations.

Strategically located on Nanhe Road, Nanlang subdistrict, Cuicheng No.1 focuses on intelligent manufacturing with electronic information as its core theme. 

The industrial park now boasts over 91% occupancy, while construction of Cuicheng No.3 (Low-altitude Economy Industrial Park) and Cuicheng No.4 (Smart Cloud Valley) proceeds on schedule.
