Zhongshan Hongwang Hardware Products Co celebrated the topping out of its Caosan base at the Zhixing Industrial Park in Guzhen Town, with full-scale production slated for year-end. 

The company specializes in hardware design and manufacturing with a domestic sales focus, and its new facility spans 7,833 square meters of land and features a 27,000 square meters modern factory built with a 35.25 million yuan investment.

This milestone marks structural completion for all 9 factories in Phase I of Caosan Village's industrial park redevelopment project, now advancing to interior finishing. 

The project has secured 13 quality enterprises, creating 230,000 square meters of industrial space. Phase I operations will commence in early 2026, targeting 1.1 billion yuan in annual output.
