The Sally Sanitary Ware Industrial Park, Zhongshan's first industrial park renovation project featuring fully processed land-use procedures for its buildings, has recently passed the final inspection in Cuiheng New District.

Covering approximately 45 mu (30,000 square meters) of land with over 80,000 square meters of built-up area, this 200-million-yuan project includes staff apartments, headquarters office complex, R&D center, and industrial workshops. Upon operation, it is projected to achieve 550 million yuan in annual output value.
