The "Cuicheng No.3" Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Park in Baiqi Village, western Cuiheng New District, has topped out its main structure recently.

Invested and built by Zhongshan Cuiheng Urban Renewal Co, the project spans over 115,000 square meters. It comprises one basement level, seven 6-to-9-story industrial buildings, and one supporting residential-service building. Designed as a core hub for high-tech industrial clusters, it features a well-equipped residential zone to support workforce needs.

The Cuicheng series, a key integrated industry-urban development project in Cuiheng New District, plans four industrial parks focused on intelligent manufacturing, next-generation information technology, biomedicine and more. The "Cuicheng No.1" Cuiheng Intelligent Manufacturing International Enterprise Valley was put into operation in December last year.
